Every time Sam comes to steam clean our couch (family with 2 boys) it's like we just bought it. He puts in a lot of hard work to deep clean our couch, he just made our oven look brand new again too! He has also been to my son's kindergarten and regularly steamed cleaned their carpets each year. Sam has great customer service, he is friendly, very punctual and the best in the biz.
