- Dock and goods-lift booking. Most Docklands towers require a booked loading dock slot and a goods lift for equipment. We hold recurring bookings so machines and consumables arrive without ad-hoc requests from your office manager.
- Security inductions and after-hours access. Our cleaners complete the building induction and carry their own access credentials. You are not letting a different contractor in each week.
- End-of-trip facilities. Docklands has a very high share of staff who ride or run in. Showers, lockers and bike stores need daily attention and a different chemical regime from the office floor, and they are the first thing staff complain about.

Frequency and cleaning windows
Most Docklands offices run nightly Monday to Friday after 6pm, which is the window building management prefers and the one that keeps cleaners out of your staff way. Smaller tenancies and hybrid workplaces often do better on three nights a week, timed to the days the floor is actually busy. If your building restricts after-hours access, we also run early-morning shifts finishing before 7am. We are open seven days, 8am to 6pm, for scheduling and quotes.
How we price it
Office cleaning is priced on floor area, frequency and the fit-out, not on a flat rate per desk. A 400 sqm open-plan floor with one kitchen and a shared base-building bathroom is a very different job from the same area cut into offices with its own end-of-trip facilities. We quote after a site walk-through so the scope is written down and the price does not move later. There are no lock-in contracts.

Yes. Every job runs to a site checklist with the same cleaners returning to your site, and a quality check before we leave. Consistency is most of what makes a commercial clean work.
Insurance, checks and contracts
We carry $20 million public liability insurance, and every cleaner who attends your site is police checked. There are no lock-in contracts — if the service slips you are not tied to it, which is the fastest way to keep a cleaning contractor honest. A certificate of currency is available on request for your building manager or procurement team.
