Williams Landing retail gets two quite different rushes. - Back of house and food prep. Degreasing, splashbacks, cool room seals, floor waste and drains — the part that fails an inspection.
- Seating and dining areas. Tables, bases, high chairs and upholstered banquettes, which need periodic steam cleaning rather than just a wipe.
- Waste. Cardboard broken down and sorted to the centre streams.

If you handle food, the clean has to survive an inspection, not just look tidy. We work to a written site checklist covering prep surfaces, splashbacks, floor waste, drains, cool room seals and under-bench areas, with a quality check before we leave. Records of what was cleaned and when are available for your food safety program.
Insurance, checks and contracts
We carry $20 million public liability insurance, and every cleaner who attends your site is police checked. There are no lock-in contracts. A certificate of currency is available on request.
