1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, booking, purchasing or using any services provided by Clean Splash Pty Ltd (‘Clean Splash’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all residential, commercial, industrial, strata, real estate and facility cleaning services supplied by Clean Splash.

2. Definitions

Customer means the person, company, organisation, agent, property owner, tenant or representative requesting the Services.

Services means any cleaning, maintenance, restoration, pressure washing, steam cleaning, window cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, soft washing, facility services, consumables supply or related services provided by Clean Splash.

Site means the property, premises, building, residence, facility or location where Services are performed.

Quotation means any written estimate, proposal, quotation, scope of works, service agreement, work order or invoice issued by Clean Splash.

3. Quotations

All quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on information supplied by the Customer and site conditions observed at the time of inspection.

Additional work, unforeseen conditions, contamination, access restrictions, excessive soiling, vandalism, biological contamination, mould, construction residue or other circumstances may result in additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms are specified in the quotation, invoice, service agreement or approved credit application.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Residential services are payable on completion.
• Commercial services are payable within fourteen (14) days of invoice.
• Recurring contract services are payable according to the agreed service schedule.

Late payments may incur:

• Interest of 2% per month on overdue balances.
• Debt recovery costs.
• Legal costs incurred in recovering unpaid amounts.

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified.

5. Access Requirements

The Customer must provide:

• Safe and unrestricted access to the Site.
• Electricity and water where required.
• Any necessary keys, security codes, access cards, inductions, permits or instructions.

If access is unavailable upon arrival, Clean Splash reserves the right to charge a call-out fee, cancellation fee or full service fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Disclose hazards or risks present at the Site.
• Secure cash, jewellery, valuables, artwork, collectibles, confidential documents and fragile items.
• Inform Clean Splash of any existing damage prior to service commencement.
• Ensure pets and occupants do not interfere with the provision of Services.

7. Service Limitations

While every reasonable effort is made to achieve the best possible results:

Clean Splash does not guarantee:

• Complete stain removal.
• Complete mould removal.
• Permanent odour elimination.
• Restoration of damaged surfaces.
• Removal of marks caused by wear, ageing, corrosion, chemical damage, heat damage or permanent discolouration.

Certain materials may react unpredictably to cleaning processes, and outcomes cannot always be guaranteed.

8. Damage and Liability

Clean Splash maintains appropriate public liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Any claim for loss or damage must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to:

• Repairing the damage;
• Replacing the damaged item, or
• Refunding the value of the affected service,

at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Splash excludes liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or economic loss.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the Services, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of completion.

Where reasonable, Clean Splash will return to rectify any issues directly related to the agreed scope of work at no additional charge.

10. Cancellation

One-Off Services

Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking value.

Ongoing Service Agreements

Either party may terminate by providing thirty (30) days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

11. Workplace Health and Safety

Clean Splash reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cease work where conditions are unsafe or where personnel may be exposed to hazards, abuse, violence, illegal activities, biological risks or dangerous substances.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, service descriptions and marketing materials remain the property of Clean Splash Pty Ltd.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected by Clean Splash is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

15. Amendments

Clean Splash Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
